Backtagging: Yes, let's. If you feel it's been "too long" and are worried I won't reply because of a time delay but you do want to continue the thread, feel free. You can PM me if you're not certain, but I'm very open to backtagging into infinity.
Threadhopping: As long as it's not private, go for it. If you intend to play out a thread in his post that results in two characters basically talking to each other for a really long time, please don't. I'd rather not deal with having fifty comments in my inbox that I can't do anything with when it could easily be taken to an IC contact post.
Fourthwalling: Please don't. I'm fine with characters thinking the name is familiar, but nothing extremely earth-shattering. Cannibal jokes are welcomed and encouraged! I'd just rather not have every John, Dick, and Jane immediately knowing who he is and what he's done.

Hugging this character: If it makes sense in context. He can hug to comfort just as easily as he can hug before he turns someone into veal. It's a process, Hannibal and hugging.
Kissing this character: If it makes sense in context, sure.
Flirting with this character: Perfectly acceptable providing the character is of age. Hannibal can handle his own with underage admirers but I'd rather nothing get overly uncomfortable for myself or anyone reading along.
Fighting with/Injuring/Killing this character: Why not? Let's hash the details out beforehand, it'll be a blast.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Hannibal has no shields to telepathy, so this is definitely a yes. We'll figure out what your character would find and go from there.

Warnings: Hannibal's not a nice guy, when you boil it down. Serial killer and a cannibal, he is not the character for everyone. If this is someone you don't to play with, please drop me a line on his opt-out post here so nothing happens that shouldn't.
